To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

During delivery, the package must be opened in front of the delivery agent, and a clear, uncut video must be recorded from unboxing to product inspection. This video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
All return or replacement requests must be submitted through the “Return” option available on the website header and are subject to verification and approval before processing.
Once an approved return is received and verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
